I have a user with a 7290 handheld. All of a sudden his emails are appearing as though they are sent but they do not appear in sent items in his Exchange box and are never delivered to the destination Inbox! Does anyone have any idea where I can start to diagnose this problem?

The part that makes this even more strange is that I checked his security tab and there was no entry for besadmin with sendas permissions but he has been a BB user for atleast 1.5 years and never had a problem. I don't think anyone would have gone in and removed the permissions.. There were a few "Unknown Account" entries in there as well. All my other 80+ users are still running fine.. Don't know whether this is a handheld issue or server issue? Anyways, I added back the besadmin, send as rights to see if that does anything but any guidance as to log files or tools/test I can use to diagnose further would be appreciated!

Is he receiving emails? Try resending the service book and regenerating the encryption key.

Sorry forgot to mention that.. He is receiving mails and emails sent from outlook appear as sent on the blackberry.

there is an option" save copy in sent folder", set this to yes

2nd part is strange if people are not receiving his mails. If you send a test from his berry to himself does he receive it?
