Hi everyone I thought that the setup was going to be hard for the new device but surprisingly I found it easy, heck I am even getting used to the small keyboard only issue I have faced is the delay in emails getting from my work to me or sometimes not at all any ideas

Any ideas on you BIS delay or not getting our emails at all? You would need to post some specifics about the issue. Remember, RIM BIS will take up to 15 minutes to cycle a push of mail your BB. That is normal.

is there any way of reducing that time, cos i dont think that my work mind too much with the set-up with my bis, but if i set it up to forward everything to my BB they might get weird about it

Yea, you could ask RIM... certainly nothing wrong with that.


Otherwise, as you will find in hundreds of other threads on the Forum here, you are limited to BES, or forwarding your mail to Gmail or Yahoo, for now.
