Move mails synchronization with BB Handheld

Hi,
We have a BESx v4.1.4 and our CEO is having a BB handheld synchronization issue.The prblem is following;
"When a mail moved from Outlook to PST, it doesn't sync with BB handheld."
Is there any option in BESx v4.1.4 to solve above problem.Please help soon...!!!
