Hello, I just got a unlocked T-Mobile Blackberry 8100. So far it has been great, the only problem is I cannot send or receive picture messages like I could on my old phone. I can send text messages no problem I however have tried to send myself picture numerous times to no avail. I also have no option to insert a picture as an attachment when doing a text. Is it even possible to picture message using SMS because I can't seem to figure out how to use MMS on my phone.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

In message click trackball. "Compose MMS". Or just go to your pictures and view one click trackball and "Send as MMS". If you don't have the MMS option call your carrier.

To send or receive MMS, you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan. Do you have a BB Data Plan on your account?

If no data plan, you may be able to have the "feature enabler" added to your voice plan. There's no charge for feature enabler and it will likely give you the MMS capability.

Just curious what the feature enabler would be called?
I know that mms can work without the data plan, I have a friend that has the mms service book and does not have the "data connection refused" and is NOT paying for data... its odd that it works for her and not me... also her EDGE is not displaying as caps but rather lower case ...

any ideas?

It's called "feature enabler" with TMobile.

I don't know what it's called with "yomamma" or if she even has a feature enabler.
