In the past weren't we able to download BES version from the website? I see the 4.1 upgrades are out there still.

My problem- had to uninstall/reinstall BES, can't locate 4.0 media (oops) can anyone direct me to a download of 4.0 or even full 4.1 that isn't an upgrade? Or do I need to contact BB and have them mail the media? Thanks...

If you have TSupport RIM can provide the software without any issue. Otherwise you might not get anywhere calling them.

You can always try to get it from your original point of sale.
