Hello all,

My 8700 is software code 4.2.1.93 and when I compose an email, I can attach more than 1 attachments. However, my user is not able and she is using 8700 software code 4.2.1.101 and she can only attach the most 1. Is there something amiss?

don't seem to have issues myself with mutiple attachments on 8300 and 4.2.2.67

It's a bit of a long shot, but maybe she's trying to attach bigger attachments or different file types than your are? On the BES properties in the "messaging" area there's a "maximum upload attachment size" and a "maximum upload total attachment size".

There's also a maximum size per file type in Blackberry Server Configuration / attachment server / attachment server.
