I was running BES 4.1 on Windows Small Business Server when disaster struck and I had to reformat!
I'm pretty sure I can install it again (although, it wasn't entirely smooth the first time), but what I need to know is are there any pitfalls in the reactivation process? i.e. Do I have to contact blackberry and tell them, do I have to wripe my handheld?
I'm using BES Express at the moment, as I'm trialing it with one user. I have all the activation details and the installer.
I was thinking it would be a complete nightmare if I got BES installed and then it didn't work properly because of the remains of the old install somewhere at Blackberry or Orange.

BES is not like GMM where if you don't remove the user properly from a server you have to contact Good / Motorola support to use the device on another server.
+1 to what they said. If you were running MSDE (which I will assume you were) you will have to wipe the BB to re-add to your new server - that's what RIM says anyhow, I have my doubts that it is absolutely necessary because I have seen BB's add to a new server without being wiped first. But, it is a good idea to do.
