used jl cmdr on 8130, NOW WHAT HELP!

i used jl cmdr to wipe my 8130 of its existing OS. now my bb 8130 has no os and is not recognized by anything. i dwnlded the devise software from vzw and ran the .exe file. now what, how do i load the os onto my 8130 and get back in the game? PLEASE HELP!!!
