I have tried to download the DiaryPro from Handango, I have had nothing but problems.
I have unzipped the file, gone to desktop manager opened the application loader, click on add, located the file in my downloads, click it (No applications found for this device). When I have tried to open the program on my computer it says ( Navigation to webpage canceled) I have been in contact with the company, they tell me to Download the OTA file (attached) directly in the Blackberry device. Which I have tried to download the alx. file, a message appears Unsupported media type: application/octet-stream, I have tried the jad. file download failed, 907 invalid COD. Please any help would be appreciated.

ANSWER:

You must have the current handheld operating system loaded to your PC as well, when you attempt to load other applications. The handheld OS on your PC must match the handheld OS on your BlackBerry, or you will be asked to upgrade to the OS installed to your PC.
