I bought a 2gb sd memory card but every time i bring up roxio it tells me to activate the memory card? Can anyone help?

Also, I got the card for $26 at radio shack with no rebates. I dont know if they are all selling at that price so for anyone else in Saint Louis, Happy hunting.

Did you format the card in the device? Go to Options >Media Card and format the card.

Thanks John now its telling me media card format failed. Any idea why?

can the device see the card's available memory? if it cannot it may be that the card is not seated properly in the phone.

I am not sure how I would see the cards availble memory but i checked it and its in fine. Also, its telling the card is there and isnt formatted, but when i try to format it it tells me format failed.

to see the available memory, go to options > media card

If anyone cares i figured out that when you insert your memory card if you have any trouble inserting it, it will not work.
