hi every1, im new to this forum.it seems really cool and supportive. i was just wondering if there is a way to open or unlock my pearl black so it can play movies more then 5 mins. i have sucessfully unpload the movies in but it can only play for 5 mins. Can any1 plz help me ? or 5 mins is the maxinum time u can play on pearl black berry 8100 . Thank in advance

Step one: Do you have a Media Card? If no, go get one.

yes , i do have a Media card, i put the converted videos inside video folder. i can play videos fine with my blackberry , but the movies only last 5 mins, is there like a way to increase the duration? thanks for helping me

How are you converting the movie? I have used the program BlackBerry Video Converter to convert an hour long movie with no issues. Also, does the converted movie play longer than 5 minutes if you play it on your computer?

yes , the movie is 20 mins long in my computer but when i convert into my ipod , it plays only 5 mins
