I have a 8820 and i just downloaded the iberry theme. Is there any way to increase the icon size???

No, sorry to say. Icons are hard-coded into the theme and set by the theme creator. It's just not a user-manageable feature.

Here is the link for OTA download. You can choose either the icon, zen or today themes for the 8830.

I've seen it and quickly deleted it. I fail to see why anyone would want iPhone looks on a BB.
