Can you use the included Blackberry headset that came with the Pearl with your PC? Does the mic work?

Don't know about the mic but the headphones do.

I'd assume it would require an adapter (actually what I was searching for), but I'm not sure exactly how to describe it. Perhaps a 3.5 mm 4pin headset jack to 2 3.5 mm 3pin?

OK, so a good bit of wikipedia reading describes the 8130 oem headset as a 3.5 mm TRRS (Tip - Ring - Ring - Sleeve), while the computer standard would be two 3.5 mm TRS headsets (essentially, the standard mini headphone jack). An adaptor could easily be made, but where to purchase one premade is a mystery. I doubt that there would be much demand,as for mobile purposes, you'd want a compact headset, and for computer purposes you'd want a higher quality headset.
