I have v4.2.2.89 (platform 2.4.0.39) and I think it bad that I cannot stream video.

Does anyone know of an OS that will allow this?

Welcome to Blackberry. No current Blackberry device will Stream Video. Maybe 4.3 but it is not out yet and I have my doubts about when we will EVER see it!

I'm not sure that anyone would really even want to try to stream video over EDGE.

You can save it to your BB but not stream... which was the OP's point.

its a feature of the OS 4.3. The Pearl 2's are currently the only devices that can play the file without saving it. And it cannot be Youtube.com files (m.youtube.com works though), since they are in FLV format and flash cannot be played on the device.

And m.youtube.com now plays all the video's from the regular youtube. And it works very well with the 8130.

Blueapple and Tinytube are both great sites... But when I download them to my curve, they do not appear full screen, even though full screen is checked off. Is that normal or can it be changed?

Yes the new OS 4.5 when released will support YouTube streaming. Unfortunately who knows when it will be released?
