Default Bluetooth Issues PLEASE HELP!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Well I have a Sprint BB 8130 that is just a phenomenal phone except for that fact that the bluetooth doesn't work properly. I use 2 different headsets, a JAWBONE & a BLUEANT Z9. Both headsets after only about 10 min after any phonecall will deselect the bluetooth option under the manage my connection page. I'm currently using version v.4.3.0.71 which came with my BB. If I select bluetooth back on, then my headset will work for another 10 min and then again deselect the bluetooth option. FYI, I also have a Parrot bluetooth system for my car which works great and I do not have this problem. I don't want to spend more money on a third headset and end up having the same issue.

Rim have published a supported listing of successfully tested or approved working BT units by Manufacturer. Where this is on the site, I cannot say,its been ages since seeing it. If I found the link I will post.

I have a Parrot Rythmn n Blue Radio Deck in my car....its the best Purchase I ever made when It comes carkit/radio system, I have had all my BB's work with it, from 7290 to latest models with no hassle.

while the device may not support all features on the headset, bluetooth is bluetooth. the blackberry supports v1.1 and v2.0, so any headset that support those two versions of bluetooth will be fine. I have tried literally hundreds of bluetooth devices and havent had an issue with them. the sad part is i have had many of them because unbeknownst to me they are a my dogs favorite treat

I am having the same problems with my VZ. I had created a thread recently to ask if others had this problem.
