Default Memo Pad reconcillation

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know if I can reconcille the Memo Pad on the BB with Lotus Notes? I have a 7290 BB setup with BES 4.0 running on a Domino Server 6.5. PIM is all setup right and Address book and Calendar are working fine.

I just had a user ask me about the Memo Pad and I did not see anything on the 7290 to reconcille it.

You can sync the Memo Pad with the user's Journal database (typically journal.nsf).

I do not believe you can do this OTA... it must be synced using Desktop Manager and the USB cable.

What is OTA? Sorry but not familiar with the acronym. And how do I see what was synched with the Memo Pad in Notes?

OTA is Over the Air, that basically means that the sync is done Wirelessly, no need to connect to your desktop via a cable.

OTA = Over The Air (Wireless)

Each (and every) memo will become a new journal document in your notes database. I don't believe you can selectively sync. It will be all or nothing.
You can also view the syncronization log in Desktop Manager.

Just wanted to report back in that it was able to be synched OTA as we do not use the Desktop Software at all. One less thing to support. 4.0 is great.
