BlackBerry Professional fails to install.

This is a really strange error I am encountering but it says "Internal Error 2602" when I am attempting to install BPS. I only got past the stage of entering my BESAdmin password and it stops barely a few seconds the moment it starts going through the installer bar.
I am running on SBS 2003.
Anyone seen this around?
