Your service provider has to enable the correct data plan to allow Enterprise traffic for you on their network. If this has been set by your carrier and the activation is still not working then there are some things to be checked.
1. How long does the activation go before it fails?
2. Has your BES Admin confirmed you are added to the BES?
3. Are you receiving any strange emails in your Inbox?
There are other things to be checked but most of those would be done by the Admin. If you are not receiving strange emails in your Inbox I would check your Junk Mail folder. The email will be from
![[email address]](?emailimage=cbd09d325f42a8cae91ac6a8aed67fd2)
with a ETP.dat attachment. If it's in your Junk Mail then lower your junk mail settings and try then activation again. Don't move one of the emails from your Junk Mail to the Inbox, it doesn't work.
