For some reason some handhelds on my BES is missing this option. Is there anyway to get it back besides resycning the BB handheld.

Resend service books to the affected handhelds from BES manager.

does the service book have to be deleted from the handheld and then resent from the BES?

We had a SAN failure a few days ago and all of a sudden user BB's are not reconciling, if item was read in their inbox its not showing read on their phone and this all started happening withing a day of that SAN failure. any ideas on a fix?
