First time posting on a forum so I appologize if this isn't posted in the right spot. Our tech guy installed Service Pack 4 and Service Pack 4 Maintenance Release 4 for BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 for Microsoft Exchange and since then nothing works and he doesn't know how to fix the problem any ideas?

I don't even know where to start any help would be great.

Start with the product documentation & logs

Documentation and RIMs knowledgebase can be accessed from BlackBerry Technical Solution Center

Then go to your BES Logs; by default they are in:

C:\Program Files\Research in Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs

Look specifically to the CTRL and ALRT log file names.

If your issue is critial, contact RIMs T-Support.
