Hi,

I have a strange one...

There are 8 people using Desktop Redirector in my company and they generally receive their email within a minute (if not right away) when it hits the Outlook Inbox... Except for me. My delivery time takes anywhere from 5 to 14 minutes.

The mail does get delivered without a problem. It's just much slower.

There's no difference in our computer speeds or network hookups.

Any ideas?

How are you connecting to your mail server when you grab mail? Are you using the same version (and service pack) of Outlook?

Hi,

We're all connecting with Microsoft Outlook XP (same service pack) to the Exchange 2003 server.

The Blackberry I use is a 8703e that is set up with the $29.99 Email & Internet package from Verizon.

I set up the vzw.blackberry.net account first, then brought the Blackberry to work the next morning and set up the Desktop Redirector choosing the BIS option.

It's weird because when the Redirector is open and an email comes in, I can see it as 1 pending to device and as soon as it goes to 0, it hits the Blackberry.

On others computers it'll go to 1, only for a second, then it's delivered to their device.
