Default Radio goes off automatically...why?

Please Login to Remove!

In my 7250 at times I go to make a phone call and the popup says "Radio Off...Turn on Radio?" So what caused it to go off? Weak signal? Automatic effort to save battery? The thing is, I have missed some phone calls coming in because the Radio was turned off. Is there a setting I can set to avoid this? Should I?

I know the wireless radio can be turned off should the battery be very low. This is done to save battery power.

Well it might be a "issue" with your blackberry. I've experienced several blackberry models were the signal dropped without any reason. Even with new models such as the 8800... it looks like something where RIM should work on for their next models...

Thanks for all your feedback.
I'm using 1Mb out of 27Mb, so I'd say memory usage isn't an issue.
I don't think it's the wireless. At least that's a different message box.
Anyway, I'll try to keep the battery up, see what that does.
Thanks again.
