Use Outlook as the middle man, download the Outlook Palm conduit from the Palm site, sync your palm with Outlook then connect you berry and sync it with Outlook via the desktop manager software.

I just ditched my Kyocera 7135 today as I was sick of it crashing. I did it this way and it worked great.

Just remember, Blackberrys are not a mobile outlook. Wireless synch can only do so much. Don't expect 50,000 emails and 20,000 contacts all held on your blackberry.
