I am a heavy BB user and have the following questions:

1) Is there a way to flag an email on the Blackberry for followup?
I love this feature on outlook 2003 and could really use this feature on the BB.

2) Is there a way to see the actual address of an email sender rather than their display name? I don't seem to be able to see this even when I hit reply.

3) Is it possible to see the full email header?

4) How can I see the full contact information that outlook holds? Like birthdays and details? It seems like the BB only shows the basic info.

I am on a 7250 using a hosted BES/exchange system.

For number 2 on your list. Simply press the wheel in the message and click "show address".

Sorry, show address doesn't appear in the menu on any received or sent email

The only time I can get it to appear is on a brand new email to someone from my address book. If I highlight their name in the new email, then "show address" is in the menu right below add bcc. But interstingly enough, it doesn't always appear. If I initiate an email from within my inbox it doesn't work. If I initiate it from my address book it works just fine.

Can anyone else confirm this on a 7250 using BES?

That does not work.. "show address" is not an option in the menu, even when I've highlighted the menu. There are many options, but not show address. That is my point! "Show address" is not always in the menu.

That is why I'd like another 7250 user on verizon and using bes to confirm this. Maybe my OS is messed up
