Hi,

again i have problems........... with 1 user

everytime when he delete/read something in outlook on device isn`t updated...only if i choose wireless reconciliation from device but surprise sent/received items appear instanly on device

this user have the same it policy and all setting the same with other users but only him have problems

i reset/wipe device i recreate user with clear statistics but device still doesn`t update....can be a problem with device?

I'm going to take the approach that you're using Exchange / Outlook here ... if you're not, then don't bother continue reading ...

Have the user login to OWA, and test using that and his BB. Are the changes happening properly? If so, the problem is related to his Outlook client which is most likely in cached mode ... hence the no immediate updates. There could also be some form of corruption in his OST file which would cause this too; but I doubt that is the case in this situation.

you right i`m using BES 4.1 on Exchange

the problem isn`t from outlook...i tried to delete emails from owa but nothing hapent on device...only if i choose "email reconciliation" on device some of deleted items disapear from device
