Just curious... we are on 4.1. Are there little patches out then you have to pay for the big leap to 4.2?

Service Packs and such are free. If you don't have TSupport then you have to pay for major upgrades.

TSupport is highly recommended, even if it's just T1 like I have.

Incidentally... 4.1 is the current major release.
There is no 4.2

You can patch for free to the latest build by installing SP4 followed by MR5 should you decide to.
