hi all

i install bes 4 with MDS, in windows 2003 and with Exchange 2003.

i didn't have any problems in the installation everything success.

When i try to add user from the blackberry management i don’t get the list that mentioned in the guide, instead i get two fields that ask for name and PIN.

i think i missing something, can anyone tell me how to add a user?

check yer permissions...

Did you install BES using the BESadmin account..does it have the requisite permissions over the users mailboxes...

Yes, Ixxx8217;m using besAdmin account and i set the permissions..

i look in the help in the blackberry management and it also described the two fields.

Maybe this version isn't good?

Or maybe there is a sp that fixes it?
