Hi Guys

I really need your help. I'm pretty new to my Blackberry 8830 and exploring a problem. When i receive a phonecall it goes automatically to my voice mail. The phone is not ringing, just the missed call message appear. Ringer volume is on high, but no sound is coming up. Certainly i did something wrong, question is what. Can anybody help me please?
