My wife is a territory manager for a large company. They use an Exchange server and a VPN to get email. Even webmail requires a FOB which generates numbers every 30 seconds for a password. The company doesn't use BBs but the select few who want handheld email must use a Palm device.

I'm trying to figure out how to forward her email from her Outlook when she is logged into her server. I tried using Rules and any email that comes in with her name listed should be forwarded to her BB account. But they don't arrive...I'm not sure if they are being forwarded or not.

Does anyone have any experience with this setup? I'm wondering if there's a program I could install on her laptop that will allow this to work or if I should set something up in a different way. They didn't restrict her account so I can install programs if needed.

Based on her company's use of a FOB and VPN they are obviously concerned about security (and rightly so). Exchange can be configured to not auto forward any emails outside the domain and I assume that is true at her company. While there are various MAPI desktop redirectors out there, their unauthorized use could get your wife terminated.

True, they probably won't let her install a redirector. I tend to use Eudora at work to redirect. Its one of the few programs that actually 'redirects' emails instead of forwarding them.

But again, my work policies are probably a lot more relaxed then hers.

I played around with this last night and couldn't get anything to work. The only option was for a Vacation Setting. Haven't tried that yet though. Oh well. Thanks!
