On my T-mobile 8120, when I unlock the keypad, it seems to take a few seconds to unlock (with the hour glass). I made sure no programs were running also (besides mandatory ones).

Anyone else having this? Thanks

With my 8100, it unlocked almost instantly.

yes I don't get the hourglass but it certainly takes a while :(

Yes, check your free memory! It's not always too many programs that eat it up. Spinning glass almost always means a memory struggle.

Actually, I only got an hour glass a couple of times. Just tried it and no hour glass. But still takes a few seconds...

File free is: 13008882 bytes. Is that good?

Only mandatory apps + GMail app is running

13mb isn't bad on your model. But I would read the optimization thread. Generally speaking the more memory that you can free the more snappy your device will respond.
