I have a new 7100g that I only used for a few days. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the unit except for a cosmetic issue. The metal insert on the back cover is missing. It fell off and I unfortunately could not find it. The screen and casing is scratch free. You will receive the unit, original box, and everything that was included in the box.
