My friend as an 8120, and I have an 8120. We can send video back and forth but can't view each other's videos on our phones! We end up downloading them onto our pcs at a later time an watching them that way. That doesn't make sense! Advise?

I only have a few days left to return my 8120. I only upgraded from my 8100 for the video feature.
Please, if someone has advice, I need it. I don't understand the whole video encoding thread - I just want to watch videos on my 8120 sent by an 8120 or 8130.
Help?
