Default Disabling Calendar Pop ups on Device

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

We want to disable the Outlook calendar appointments on a 8300 that is set up on BES.

Either that or we want to be able to change the snooze option that appears on the reminder. At present, the user can only select a 5 Minute snooze option.

With the pop ups, we dont want to disable them from the desktop, just the device. Is this possible?

Thanks all,

Kris

Yes, under the Calendar options set both the Snooze and the Default Reminder to None.

If you do this on the device, does it affect your PC's Calendar?

Thank you for coming back so quickly.

No, it only affects the device, not the PC.

And you're welcome

I have the same question. I have set (on the BB), the Snooze and Default Reminder options to NONE, but I still keep getting the pop ups. Any other suggestions?
