OK, guys just to let you know that I can tethering with the 8320 on a $5.99 Tweb plan and it's connected through my neighbor's unsecured Wi-Fi connection. The conection speed is between 100 and 160 kbp/s.

When I bought the 8320 it came with the $9.99 BB email plan and it's true that you can't get it to tethering with your PC. What I did was swapped the SIM card from my Motorola phone which has the $5.99 Tweb plan and it with these settings:

options>Advanced Options>TCP
APN:wap.voicestream.com
Username for APN: leave blank
Password for APN: leave blank

Use the browse that came with the phone and make sure to set default browser configuration to T-zones if you are not on a Wi-Fi connection.
options>Advanced Options>Browser>Default browser configuration:t-zones

If you have a Wi-Fi connection then select Wi-Fi Browser instead.
With Wi-Fi network you can use Opera Mini browser just make sure Wi-Fi is selected under Opera settings. Opera Mini will not work if you don't have a Wi-Fi connection on a $5.99 Tweb plan.

Does T-Mobile know that I am tethering and bill me for the data usage?

They wont bill you for the usage.

Might cap your data usage though or try to put you on the unlimited BB data plan.
