I just installed bbtracker on my 8310. When I go to "my devices" on the website, it shows me the following:

My Devices
Please choose a device below to manage.

You currently have no devices on your account


But nothing else! I have tried Internet Explorer and Firefox but both show the same.

How do I add a device so I can start using this app?

I tried to login using bbtracker on my phone but it just sits at "logging in" and does nothing even after ten min?

You are talking about BlackBerry GPS Tracker. This is not the same thing than bbTracker.

Please avoid adding to the confusion.

Login to the website on your PC. Go to support and it will show you how to add a device.
