Hello, I have just got a 8310, I cannot get it to work with 1and1, it tells me to enable JavaScript for webmail, the settings for JavaScript are switched on !!!! am I doing something wrong ???

I would not use their webmail application on the BB. Se them up using either POP or IMAP.

I have two 1and1 accounts, both set up under BIS and they work fine.

Is there any reason you're using the webmail interface instead of integrating your 1and1 account with BIS?

I am having the same issue with 1and1. I use the webmail because I have no data plan on my bb and go through my wifi connection. Any thoughts?
