please check this link....i plan to buy this phone....is it safe to buy? the phone comes in the original box - and i have also asked for the imei number.

Providing you take note of the FAQ article above and keep your wits about you you should be ok.

The item seems genuine and the seller has a 99.4 rating from 1000+ sales and has been an ebay member since 2001 which is good.

Ask about a returns/refund policy and what the postage would be to the UK.

I also note that there are 28 bids already so don't pay more than you are prepared to if you decide to proceed.

I got my BB from eBay too but from a Uk seller and all went well.

The decision is yours. If you do proceed do not leave feedback until you are sure that all is working as it should be.
