Hey guys i have an issue where i send my SMS and it says it sent fine but the other user doesn't receive it. This happens approx 10% of the time. i always receive everything just fine. i do not not think its a network issue because it never happened with my older phones.

What do u guys think should i ask for a new one?

I'm using and 8110 btw.

try deleting all your service books and retry it. maybe att upgraded something and your books didnt update for some reason

thanks ive tried thought, even loading a new OS, different versions and so on...
anything else i can try?

id call att and have them walk you through an entire reprogram. it mayb an issue on their end. this is very strange that SMS doesnt work and calling does seeing they use the same radio
