Default BES Assignning device

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have an Exchange 2003 Email system in my enteprise . Also BES 4.1 installed with email server .

Everything is fine and all user activation/assiging device process done smoothly and sucessfully but i recieved an Error with one user id

Error is :
An Occured while assigning the device to the user

The user is not yet known to the Blackberry Agent.
It can take several minutes for a newly added user to be fully
initialized by the several before they can be provisioned. (16)

I waited for one hour ,Also I checked user id after deleting and again add to the list but same result even i Restart BES Server .

Please help

dude,
You didnt say you had a SIM Error, in your first post!

If SIM error, try taking out sim and reseating it.

If that doesnt work then ask carrier for new sim as the sim maybe faulty!

If that doesnt work after SIM swapped out then you have a baked Blackberry!
