lotus notes contact list and blackberries

Hey everyone, just wondering if the following scenario is possible...
If i have a BES server with an x amount of users, and each user has a set of business contacts and also a set of personal contacts. is it possible to everytime there is an update, have the blackberrys receive the updated contact list from the business side without having multiple duplicate entries of the users in the address list?
My problem is we have a domino server, and we connect our blackberries to the domino server. The domino server is supposed to push out a list of contacts from the address list on our network to our blackberries, and right, our users are receiving duplicate entires of their contacts in 2's or 3's everytime the contact list is updated...
is it possible to have a separate contact list on the blackberry for business, and personal and have the business side list of contacts be updated without duplicates?
The blackberries our users use are 8310's and 8810's and our lotus notes clients are 6.5
