Wirelessly posted (My blond BlackBerry)

What do you mean by 'it didn't want to connect'? What were you trying to do that no longer worked? Email, internet, desktop manager....?

Does the device work for email and everything else, and just is not recognized by the computer?

I think what Juwaack is asking (if I may be so bold) is to provide us a bit more information so that we can help.

Is your BB working (sending/receiving email, internet access, etc)?

Is the problem you are having is your BB is not recognized when you plug the usb cable into it from the computer and the computer doesn't see it (either through the desktop manager software or through the windows device manager) ? Two very different problems with different solutions. One is a BB problem, the other potentially computer problem.

If its the usb cable deal, trying rebooting the computer and/or a different usb port on the computer.

Since you mentioned earlier that you transferred two pictures, I'm going to take a stab at this and suspect you have some how disabled mass storage mode when it was previously turned on.

Go to Options and choose media card and confirm the following settings:

Media Card Support: On
Mass Storage Mode Support: On
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Yes

After saving those changes connect your phone to a USB cable and see if that's what you are looking for.

did you check the device manager in control panel of PC to make sure there are no driver conflicts? Does your PIN show at bottom of desktop manager? Do you have another USB cable to try?

Why is it that some computers will use the BB as a separate media storage card, and some have to use the desktop manager to load things to the phone?
