help on how to change theme for BB 8300

Hi all,
I am new here so I need you guys help! I recently got a BB 8300 and I am getting it unlocked now from at&t to t-mobile. I am praying that it wont have a problem but I am wondering how can I change the at&t theme to t-mobile theme? I will appreciate a step by step instructions on how to do so.
I have another question which is Can I download msn messenger to my bb? and can i download AIM into my bb? If i can...can someone give me a step by step instructions of how to do it.
