Hello everyone,

I am the newest of newbies. I just got my 7280 and loaded the DM onto a desktop connected to the network. Desktop is running XP SP2 and Outlook 2003.

For the life of me I cannot get the redirector to forward emails. It shows 2 in "Pending to handheld". I sent an email using the 7280 and the other party never received it. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

DM Software is using version 3.6.2.9

Desktop Redirector is using version 3.6.0.31

Any help or addtl info helps.
