Default Cannot open Word/Excel Attachments

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry for the silly question, but I can't figure out how to open Word/Excel attachments. I'm using the Bell Mobility Curve 8330 with BPS 4.1 SP5. BPS looks good as I can see that it allows XLS and DOC attachments. I just don't know how to open them on the BB. When I push the ball on the attachment I get a menu that has "file, reply, forward, Reply to all, delete, full menu" Don't see anything like open.

Thanks

Click on Full Menu and see if the Open Attachment option shows up. If not, roll the trackball on top of the attachment and then push the trackball down...you should see the Open Attachment option.

thanks for the reply. i do not have the 'open attachment'' option within the full menu. is there possibly a setting that is disabling this functionality? just tested pdf's and I can't open them either.
