I have a friend here, he was wondering if he could download all his palm contact if he where is buy a blackberry........?

Certainly.

You would export your PALM info into OUtlook or other compatible PIM program that syncs with the BBerry.

Simple.

There is also a sync conduit for Palm and Outlook if you rather not export and then import. Simply sync the Palm with Outlook then with the Blackberry.
