I recently wiped my Curve 8300 to pass on to a co-worker. It was running 4.5.0.??. I downloaded the most recent version of Desktop to his machine to switch devices. I started the DW with his current 8700. Switched to the 833 and selected that PIN on the new device window. It goes as far as to tell me what it is going to put on the new device then it fails and I get the "Send failure message to microsoft" message.

Any ideas??
