I'm not certified in anything and I repair them... Just don't tell anyone :P

All you need is a Torx T-6 screwdriver and you can swap screens which is 90% of the repairs.

yeah, but our company is grown.. i can do the basic. like took it aparts and clean them most time it work. but sometime it wont, when it dont work. we have to send it out.
if we a bb certified repairer. we can get cheap parts and we cant get those part if we are not certified.

Can I just have my rear case replaced? I just dropped mt 7520 and I'm anal about cosmetic flaws. I like my phones to look new all the time. The 2 or 3 scratches on the body/case of my BB are annoying. How much just have the rear half of the body/case replaced?
