Hey guys
Thanks for all your replies, I ended up calling my doctors office and requested for help and he is putting me on chantix. He has been on my case for the last 14 years for me to stop smoking and I look forward for the day that the only thing burning in my house is the candles and I'm quiting on my terms and not because of demand by others. What surprised me was that chantix was covered by my insurance so I only had to pay $3.10 for something that would cost $100.00 to $150.00 without insurance and the patch is not covered. I'll still consider using that calendar entry to log when I have a cig to help out.
