Default Bluetooth not working on Phone Calls when listening to Media Player?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Curve 8300 and a Motorola H500 Bluetooth ear piece. I noticed lately that sometimes when I receive a phone call when I have the H500 in and the Media Player playing MP3's on my car stereo, with a wire from the headphone jack into a Aux out on my stereo, I cannot answer or hear anything in the H500. The Media Player stops playing, and the call can be answered but there is no volume in the ear piece.

Any Ideas would help? Thanks.

I think that if you have your BB connected through the aux output you can't use your Bluetooth ear piece for the listening part because all the audio is going through the cable.

That is right. When I use mine the music stops and the person calling comes over my car speakers. The phone will automatically switch to hands free and you can just talk. If you have alot of outside noise they person on the other side wont be able to hear you. When you hang up the music will start again.

OK Thanks for the Info. I noticed that it does come through the speakers, but the volume is to low for me to hear through the speakers.

Is there any setting to change to not make it do this? I've been just taking out the wire going from my Curve headphone out into my stero Aux, before I take a phone call and then reinserting it.

I would love to know if there's a way around this. I have a 4gb SD card in my 8110 full of music and would like an easy answer for this. Right now I'm doing the same, disconnecting the 3.5mm cable and answering the call using the BB itself.
