Hello we have Version BES 4.0.1.16 in evulation for 120 day's and our experience with this communication solutions at this time are very good.
But one Problem we discoverd in the trialtime. In our company we use selfdesigned forms (Outlook 2003 SP1 /Exchange 2003 SP1) and with mails who write in this form with have problems only when the mail is attachet in a other mail. This problem also occur when we take the standartmail form from outlook 2003, save it under a other name and use this form, the same effect.
When we use the form to send only a email (whitout a email as attachment writen with this form) we don't have problems to read the mail on the BB.

In other case we see only the incomming mail and for the attachet mail we see the following message:

Anwendung: msg Subjectname (but we don't see the content from the attachet mail)

So i found in the forum many thread's with the same problem, but only in Novell Groupwise, because there is a problem with msg Mails - or document types.

Have anyone a idea, how we can solve the problem?!
